Hose & Fittings – Anderson Process

hose fitting

Proper hose and fitting choice are crucial to the security of both your individuals and your income. When a hose fails in an industrial or manufacturing processing operation, your complete production line becomes compromised, potentially placing expensive gear, product – and even more importantly – lives and the setting at risk. Anderson Process’s comprehensive line of hose assemblies and hose fitting fittings, combined with our maintenance-monitoring and reconditioning help companies, help our customers understand consistent and protected materials containment, motion and transfer.

Coupling

A coupling is a machine used to connect two shafts together at their ends for the aim of transmitting energy.

Couplings do not normally allow disconnection of shafts throughout operation, however there are torque limiting couplings which can slip or disconnect when some torque limit is exceeded.

The primary objective of couplings is to affix two items of rotating tools whereas allowing some degree of misalignment or finish movement or both. By careful choice, installation and maintenance of couplings, substantial savings might be made in reduced maintenance prices and downtime.

Polyethylene (PE) – a gentle, flexible, and powerful thermoplastic – even at low temperatures. PE couplers provide excellent electrical properties, however poor temperature resistance. They also have superb chemical resistance, but are vulnerable to environmental stress cracking; they have poor UV resistance (until modified) and poor barrier properties, except to water.

A hydraulic cylinder is a mechanism that converts vitality stored within the hydraulic fluid right into a pressure used to move the cylinder in a linear path. It too has many functions and might be both single acting or double performing. As a part of the entire hydraulic system, the cylinders initiate the pressure of the fluid, the circulate of which is regulated by a hydraulic motor.
